Roger's Personal Interests

My interests, outside of the campus, center on Ham Radio and most of my spare time involves something with radio, or spending time with my radio friends. In addition, I enjoy desert camping, auto and boat racing, and hanging out on the Colorado River. I recently started flying an r/c electric plane. You have to see this thing fly to believe it. Its called a Zagi

I am very close to my two children. I have a son, Brian age 26, who is graduate of UC Santa Cruz and a daughter, age 24, a graduate of University of Arizona (Tucson). Brian plays rhythm guitar and does vocals for a rock band known as 'G-String'. Katie is a teacher and is engaged to be married late 2001. I'll get some pictures and audio up on both of my kids adventures sometime soon.
