Major assignments

This is a complicated homework that requires you to listen to a PowerPoint sound file labeled Capitalization Design after downloading two files, an Excel file labeled Corporate Structure Design and a homework assignment labeled omsys. Your best bet is to download the Excel file first, open it and look at it, then open the homework assignment and look at it to see what is involved, then listen to the PowerPoint sound file. [Note: The PowerPoint sound file is large at 5 MBs]. Then after reviewing the sound file, do the homework.  The Corporate Structure Design workbook will also be used later in the class after you have formed your imaginary companies to design your own capitalization plan.

Below are two Office97 Excel workbooks. One, ITS, is an example for an imaginary company called ITS. The other, Business Plan Master, is a business plan master document that can be used to construct your projected income statement and balance sheet. That master is to be used in the preparation of the financial spreads of your business plan. Follow the instructions in the text file included with this set. This can be a very involved project and should involve your CFO and at least one other member of the executive team. You may have to consult with your instructor to complete this assignment. This pro-forma document should be included at the end of your business plan.
