The alumni tour
In the coming months, we will be gathering input from those interested in the joining us for a tour of England in the winter or spring of 2006. The questions that we need answered are:
1.
What time of year would best fit your schedule?
In January prior to the beginning of the HMC semester? Over HMC’s spring break (usually the third week in March)?
Immediately after HMC Commencement in May?
Prices, of course, will increase as the dates move from January to May.
2.
Keeping in mind that participants might decide to arrive early or stay after the
tour concludes, and not including the days for travel to and from London, what
length of tour would suit your schedule? 7
days? 10 days?
14 days?
3. What price level (and thus what quality of accommodation) would best suit your budget? $2,000? $3,000? $4,000? (Again, this price is for the tour itself and does not include travel to and from London.)
