Lion's Den
...Aslan threw up his shaggy head, opened his mouth, and uttered a long, single note; not very loud, but full of power. Polly's heart jumped in her body when she heard it. She felt sure that it was a call, and that anyone who heard that call would want to obey it and (what's more) would be able to obey it, however many worlds and ages lay between...

My name is Lion Kimbro and this is my den. I've been incarnate in this body for 18 years now and am playing as a student at Harvey Mudd College where I study as a Computer Science major to pass the time. They don't know that what I am studying for is to be able to make video games.
Give me a ring or write me a letter or email me if you like. My phone number is (909) 607-7175. My address here at Mudd is Lion Kimbro, Harvey Mudd College, 340 East Foothill Boulevard, Claremont CA, 91711. My email address is dkimbro@osiris.ac.hmc.edu.
And now, for the stuff.
I've gotten into Java programming and, as a CS major, am convinced that it's the wave of the future as far as programming goes, at least for a short while.
Currently I have a few toys on that page for the Java enabled, and have some plans for making some more TOP (Tripped Out Psychedelic) Java applets for viewing on the web. Hipsters, Tripsters, really cool Chicks, Sir - Doin' That Rag.
Surat Shabd with Michael Turner Pages!
Okay, the first thing I wanted to get in here is a pamphlet that I converted to HTML on Surat Shabd Yoga, as taught by Michael Turner. I learn Surat Shabd Yoga from the person mentioned just above, Michael Turner . He's my Sat Guru. {:)}= Look and listen for more Surat Shabd Yoga stuff here in the future.
Update! I've just added the March 1996 Sonic Spectrum Issue to this page! More materials are on the way! {:D}=
Update once more! I've just added the transcriptions of two Satsangs: Dec 24, 1995 Satsang , and Dec 31, 1995 Satsang ! More materials, are, of course, on the way. I hope soon to have a fully self contained "Surat Shabd as Taught by Michael Turner" page, so that I don't have to list all this stuff here.
Lion's Scribblings
Every once in a while I feel moved to write down the things that enter my head. Here are some of the results. More will come later. I'm still in the process of HTMLing the poems, and deciding if/how I'm going to censure some of the more "Indecent" poems. So, without furthur ado, my list of poems so far.
Of course, it would be immoral and antiethical to have a page with poetry on it without a link to at least an inkling of the poetry of Rumidude on it.
Lion's Roarings
These are some posts that I have made to different newsgroups or to individuals. Currently, I only have one post in here though.
Planes, Bodies, and C.S. Lewis
This is a brief and informal speculation of C.S. Lewis' cosmological beliefs; Specifically, this looks at elements of his fictional works that suggest a multiplanear reality with infinite range.
Expect to see more in the future. {:)}=
My Homey-Page's!!!
I have the priveledge of having awesome friends. Some of them have web pages. These people are very special and important to me. I am very privledged to have them as friends. Check out their homepages, see who these people are.
The folks at Inertia Suite . I was just walking down the hall one day, looking for someone to get the math assignment from or something, and I wander into this room with the word "INERTIA" written next to it. Next thing I know, I'm talking with a load of people and it's like ->Zappo<-, instant friends. This was about three weeks ago and I now consider these people to be very good friends. Absolutely amazing.
Dominic Mazzoni. Does this guy have a SMILE or WHAT! Always laughing and a mathematician at heart. He's like a big teddybear with numbers all over it. He's one of the folks I eat dinner with a lot. He has an awesome laugh. He and I are in the same boat: We're trying to decide between Math and CS majors. He looks to tip to Math, I look to tip to CS (Computer Science).
Greg Mulert. A shining example of the Mormon faith. I swear, this guy makes the funniest and silliest jokes in the world and I find myself laughing my head off - only to find that everyone but Greg and I have left the table. Bah, they wouldn't know humor if it hit them in the forehead. {;)}= I go to Mormon institute with him on Thursdays when I don't forget about it (Note: I'm not Mormon, however).
Matthew Dharm. This person takes care of me, makes sure I know what's up. Whenever I've had a question about Mudd life, he's answered it for me. He watches out for me. Make sure to check out the sweetest thing on his home page, the "Love of My Live" . Listening to this guy talking about his love is like listening to a mystic describing god. His heart is truely aflame.
