Account Request Form for HMC Faculty and Staff
CIS can no longer offer account requests via this page.
Please send email to helpdesk@hmc.edu with all the required information
which will generate a tracking ticket that will keep you informed
of the progress of the account creation.
Things to include in your request:
Information about the individual.
Name, Department (faculty or staff), Office, Phone.
What type(s) of accounts are needed.
- A Mailbox account is needed to use Email and Calendering.
This account will nominally be created by default.
This also creates a Central Mail entry.
- A Charlie account is needed to use the CIS file server, the
CIS computer labs and to get access to any shared files and software on Charlie.
- An account on Alice is needed to use the CIS administrative
file server and to get access to any shared files and software on it. Administrative
staff will need accounts on Alice.
- CX, Portal, and Postini are others that may be needed.
